Adding Foam Board Between Trusses In Attic Space
From what i ve been reading it looks to be ill advised to add flooring if the roof was constructed with trusses instead of rafters one such site i have no idea what these are.

Foam board insulation is easy to use and is a great diy way to add some insulation. My thought is to add 2 inch foil wrapped foam board under the rafters.
